Gijs Molenaar joined Henderson Park in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate asset management and development management in Europe.

Prior to joining Henderson Gijs was a Senior Vice President at Cerberus Capital LLP in London, where he was responsible for the successful business plan implementation of Pan European direct asset structures Gijs has unrivalled experience in the heavy repositioning of complex “top of the book” assets in pan European portfolios exceeding 10 billion value. Prior positions include being a Director of Asset Management for Hammerson Plc in London from 2012 to 2014 and Development Director for Redevco from 2009 to 2012.

Gijs received Executive Management Training at the London Business School and holds an Master of Science from the Delft University of Technology. He is fluent in English and a Dutch native.
