Nico Weber has 19 years of experience investing in and delivering real estate projects in both principal and advisory roles in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Between 2014 and 2016 Nico was at Valad Europe, a pan European investment and asset manager with c.€5 billion assets under management, managing all separate account opportunistic investments across the UK, continental Europe and the Nordics. Prior to Valad, Nico was a Director responsible for business development at Manhattan Loft Corporation, a leading central London hotel and residential investor and developer and a Development Manager for the Royal Group, a group of major real estate firms controlled by a member of the Abu Dhabi Royal family, responsible for new acquisitions and delivery of major commercial projects internationally. Nico started his career as an Account Manager at ANZ Bank, Sydney in the Real Estate and Construction Finance division.

Nico holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
