Thomas Gasson joined Henderson Park in 2022 and has over 35 years of experience in tax planning strategies across multiple geographies.

Prior to joining Henderson Park in 2021, Tom worked at Goldman Sachs in the Asset Management Division for 16 years as a Managing Director focusing on Structured Investing. Before he started working at Goldman Sachs, Tom spent 3 years as Co-Head of the European Structured Transaction Business at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. In addition to this, he was previously a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Director at Barclays Capital, working in Structured Capital Markets.

Tom holds a MBA from Chicago Booth and a BSc in Economics from University College London. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT).
