Dimitri Kok-Shun joined Henderson Park in 2023 and has 3 years of experience advising private equity investors.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Dimitri worked in the London offices of Ropes & Gray LLP and Lightrock LLP, providing support on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs, disposals and restructurings.

Dimitri holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) in Law with Politics from the University of Manchester.
