Bob Lee joined Henderson Park in 2024 and has more than 35 years of experience as a US and international real estate private equity and corporate lawyer.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Bob was Co-Chair of Jones Day’s Global Real Estate Practice where he led teams transacting in preferred equity and debt investments; joint ventures and co-investments; fund formations; public and private real estate company and REIT mergers and acquisitions; asset management company mergers, buyouts, and recapitalizations; and large portfolio transactions.

Bob holds a Bachelor of City Planning from the University of Virginia School of Architecture and a Juris Doctor from University of Michigan Law School.
