Lagoas Park
Lagoas Park in Lisbon is Portugal’s most prominent office park. Located a 20-minute drive from the city centre and 5-minutes from the beach, Lagoas Park has over 105,000 sqm of Grade A office space across 13 buildings, a four-star business hotel, a conference hotel, a health club, 12 restaurants and c. 5,700 parking spaces. The office park is a hub for globally recognised healthcare and technology companies and focuses on the wellbeing of its community by offering year-round curated events.
Having acquired Lagoas Park in September 2020, Henderson Park has renovated three of the buildings and plans to renovate the rest in the next two years.
Heuston South Quarter
Heuston South Quarter (HSQ) is located in one of Dublin’s most vibrant business quarters, three kilometres west of the city centre and adjacent to Ireland’s main train station. The campus consists of 266 residential units and nearly 10,000 sqm of Grade A office space and c. 5,000 sqm of commercial space. Up to 2,400 people work here daily, which makes it a popular place to live.
Henderson Park acquired Heuston South Quarter in 2019 and all 266 residential units have been refurbished.
