Marshall Bailey joined Henderson Park in 2023 and has over 6 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Marshall worked at GW Real Estate Partners, a US based real estate investment and operating partner focused on multifamily transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets. Before GWREP, he spent two years with The Carlyle Group based in Washington, D.C. investing within both opportunistic and core-plus funds across the US. Prior to Carlyle, he worked for Goldman Sachs US Real Estate with a focus on commercial acquisitions and asset management.

Marshall holds a bachelor of science in business from Virginia Tech and an MBA, with focus on Finance and Real Estate, from the Cox School of Business.
