David Knightbridge joined Henderson Park in 2023 and has 11 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park in 2023, David worked at Partners Group for 18 months and JP Morgan Asset Management for 9 years. Throughout his career David has worked in London acquiring, asset managing and disposing of assets on behalf of discretionary value-add/opportunistic fund series, in addition to an open-ended core fund and sovereign wealth separate accounts. David has gained experience in different asset classes and strategies, with a primary geographic focus on the UK.

David holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from the University of Reading and a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton.
