Oliver Calderhead joined Henderson Park in 2025 and has 10 years of experience in the investment management industry.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Oliver was a Fund Analyst at GSA in London, where he worked on the firm’s flagship real estate fund focused in the student accommodation sector. Oliver’s key responsibilities included financial modelling of fund returns, performance analysis, and investor reporting. Prior to GSA, Oliver was an Investment Analyst at EFG focusing in fixed income. He began his career at Aberdeen Standard Investments in London, gaining experience across real estate, private equity, fixed income, infrastructure and hedge funds.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Exeter and is a CFA Charterholder.
