Tânia Faria joined Henderson Park at the end of 2025, bringing nearly four years of experience within a legal corporate team in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Tânia worked as an Associate in the legal team at Tristan Capital Partners, where she focused primarily on managing a portfolio of European transactions and supporting a range of corporate lifecycle processes. She began her career as an administrative assistant within a legal team learning the foundations of the corporate transactional work.

Tânia holds a bachelor’s degree in General Solicitor and Administration from Coimbra Business School. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
