Tyler Rothenberg joined Henderson Park in 2026 and has nearly two decades of real estate and investment management experience, with deep acquisition expertise across property sectors and complex capital structures.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Rothenberg spent 15 years at Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management, most recently as a Managing Director leading the firm’s West Coast real estate office, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the US.

Prior to Cerberus, he worked at J.P. Morgan Real Estate Partners, the principal real estate investing arm of JPMorgan’s investment bank, where he was involved in executing property and distressed debt acquisitions.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where he served as President of the Trojan Real Estate Association.
