Charleston, SC and London, July 10 2026 – Henderson Park, the international private equity real estate firm, today announced the appointment of Tyler Rothenberg as a Managing Director. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Tyler will help to lead the firm’s Investment team and play a key role in advancing its US real estate investment strategy.
Tyler Rothenberg brings more than 18 years of experience in real estate and investment management, with deep expertise in acquisitions across all real estate sectors, asset management, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Henderson Park, Rothenberg served as a Managing Director at Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management, where he led the firm’s West Coast real estate office and was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the US. During his 15-year tenure at Cerberus, Rothenberg oversaw a diverse portfolio spanning industrial, hospitality, residential, land, and office assets working closely with leading local operating partners.
Prior to Cerberus, he worked at J.P. Morgan Real Estate Partners, the principal real estate investing arm of JPMorgan’s investment bank, where he was involved in executing property and distressed debt acquisitions.
In his role at Henderson Park, Tyler will help lead the US investment platform, focusing on sourcing and executing investment opportunities, strengthening regional and capital relationships, and supporting the firm’s continued expansion across North America.

Rothenberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
