Ronan Webster has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on investment and asset management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Ronan was Asset Management Director of Green REIT, where he was responsible for leasing and the implementation of Green REIT plc’s asset management strategy. Prior to joining Green Property, Ronan was a Board Director of CBRE in Ireland from 1998 to 2011, where he served a variety of clients including public companies, pension funds, banks and large office occupiers in acquiring and disposing of property in Ireland and the UK.

Ronan has transacted on over €4 billion of commercial real estate investments in the Irish market since 2015.

Ronan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin and holds a Diploma in Property Economics from Technology University Dublin, and is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
