Dennis Schiloff joined Henderson Park in 2016 and has over 16 years of experience investing in real estate, infrastructure, natural resources, and private equity.

Dennis has 10 years of experience encompassing real estate, infrastructure and special situations investing. Prior to joining Henderson Park, Dennis was a Vice-President in the real estate advisory group at London based Situs Europe, supporting the execution of European real estate joint ventures and investments for a select group of clients. Prior to that Dennis spent five years in VTB Capital’s real estate and infrastructure private equity group, as well as two years at Hadron Investments, where he worked with a select group of family offices on the acquisition of one of the largest airports and special situations investing and development of residential, hospitality and high street retail projects. Dennis began his investment career in ExxonMobil’s new business development department.

Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
