Felix Gaya joined Henderson Park in 2018 and has over 5 years of experience in real estate investment and investment banking.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Felix was an Analyst at Brookfield Financial (BFIN) in London where his primary areas of focus were financial analysis, asset underwriting and transaction execution, working across multiple sectors and the entire capital structure. Felix started his career as an Investment Banking Intern Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Madrid, as part of their Spanish Coverage Team.

Felix holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and an MSc in Finance from HEC Paris. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.
