Roger Semple joined Henderson Park in 2020 and has over 20 years of real estate project management experience, leading complex real estate projects from conception, through to design, planning, tendering and ultimately, construction, with projects spanning the office, industrial and retail sectors.

Prior to working in real estate project management, Roger worked as a civil engineer within the UK construction industry for 10 years.

Roger holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering from Queens University Belfast and a Diploma in Business Management.
