Pierce O’Leary joined Henderson Park in 2020 and has over 20 years of experience within the Finance Team of Green Property. During his time at Green Property, Pierce has worked on the financial reporting and modelling aspects of a number of Green’s workout businesses and as Group Financial Controller for Green REIT plc. This spans from inception in June 2013 to its sale in November 2019, with responsibility for preparation of the financial section of the annual report, modelling of future cash flows for strategic purposes and day to day accounts payable and cash management.

Prior to joining Green Property, Pierce worked for 5 years for KPMG Corporate Finance, where he specialised in modelling for property transactions and mergers & acquisitions.

Pierce holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, a Masters of Accounting from Smurfit Business School and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
