Henderson Park and Hines developed the asset located in the popular 22@ technology district -
(BARCELONA) – Henderson Park, the international private equity real estate manager, and Hines, the global real estate investment, development, and property manager have opened their latest student asset, aparto Cristóbal de Moura in Barcelona, with a 100% occupancy rate.
Located in the 22@ technology district, the new beating heart of the Poblenou district, the 347-bed property is operated by Hines' international award-winning student accommodation platform, aparto.
aparto Cristóbal de Moura, completed in late 2023, has a total surface area of 11,000 sqm across nine floors. The area is increasingly popular with students due to its proximity to the university campuses of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Toulouse Business School.
The state-of-the-art residence stands out for its rich amenity offering that includes a gym, swimming pool, terrace, bike storage, study rooms, self-discovery area, cinema and yoga studio. The project has been designed to meet the highest standards of sustainability and technology and is targeting LEED Gold and WELL certifications
