Jonathan Rugard joined Henderson Park in 2023 and has 8 years of experience in the private equity real estate fund industry.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Jonathan was a Fund Finance manager at Savills Investment Management where his primary areas of focus are financial management of transactions and managing investments post acquisition including financial reporting, debt compliance and corporate structures. Jonathan started his career as an auditor at PwC in Luxembourg where his main area of focus was real estate funds.

Jonathan holds a MSc in Finance from Neoma Business School and a BSc in Economic from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
