Catherine Finn has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, specialising in the UK and European real estate asset and fund finance sector.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Catherine was Head of Finance of a Central European Fund at Valad Property, followed by over ten years of operating as a senior finance interim supporting several boutique real estate businesses and wealth offices. Her primary areas of focus were managing the finance function and audits whilst working closely with the external administrators to improve the quality of reporting. Catherine has also extensive experience on supporting deal teams on real estate transactions.

Catherine is a Charted Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
