Chris Hart has over 40 years of experience in the hotel industry and has been advising Henderson Park since 2024 on its hotel real estate assets.

An experienced hospitality consultant, board member and international executive with 30+ years at one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality companies, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In his latter two roles with Four Seasons, he was the President of Asia Pacific, followed by President of the Americas. Extensive experience working with real estate development partners to open new properties and quickly scale revenues and profits.

Since 2017 Chris has been advising in the hospitality real estate sector, supporting developers and owners maximise their real estate investments through collaborative asset management combined with his depth of operational experience.

Chris graduated from Westminster College in Hotel Management in London, and attended the University of Toronto, Rotman Directors Education Program, and became a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
