Connor Brugge joined Henderson Park in 2024 and has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, and asset management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Connor worked at The Carlyle Group in Washington DC, investing within both opportunistic and core-plus funds across the US. He focused on multifamily, build-to-rent, for-sale residential, and the marina sectors. Prior to Carlyle, he worked for Turnberry Associates, a +$10B family-office in South Florida with marquee assets including the Fontainebleau Resort, Aventura Mall, and JW Marriot Hotel in Nashville. He began his real estate career at JLL in Washington DC, where he worked on the capital markets investment sales team.

Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in commerce with concentrations in finance, real estate, and IT, from The University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
