Hugh Griffiths joined Henderson Park in 2022 and has over 15 years’ experience in real estate investment and development management.

Between 2015 and 2022 Hugh worked at LBS Properties where he was Development Director responsible for a number of their central London commercial and residential developments. Prior to LBS he worked at Campus Living Villages as their UK Development Manager where he led the delivery of their UK development projects. Hugh started his career as a project manager at Gardiner & Theobald Management Services.

Hugh holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecological Resource Management from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University. He is also a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
