Ioanna Paschalidou joined Henderson Park in 2018 and has over 15 years of experience in real estate asset management across Europe.

Before joining Henderson Park, Ioanna was a Principal at Blackstone in London, where she managed Blackstone’s German office and retail portfolios (c.€5 billion of total asset value). Ioanna’s responsibilities included overseeing local partners as well as the strategy and execution of leasing, capital expenditure projects, financings and sales. Prior to Blackstone, Ioanna was a Senior Director in Development and Asset Management at Tishman Speyer in Frankfurt managing assets in Germany and Italy, and before that was the Portfolio Manager for Tishman Speyer’s pan-European value add fund based in London. Ioanna began her career as an Analyst at JP Morgan Asset Management in London.

Ioanna holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford, and a Master of Science in Construction Economics and Management from University College London. She is fluent in English, French and Greek, and is proficient in German.
