Jason Zhang joined Henderson Park in 2026 and has over 8 years of experience in US tax.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Jason was an Associate Director at Deloitte UK where his primary area of focus was advising European private equity and real estate funds on US tax compliance and structuring issues. Before relocating to the UK, he spent two years in Deloitte Hong Kong’s US International tax team, and started his career at a boutique CPA firm in Dallas, Texas.

Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a MSc in Accounting Southern Methodist University. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
