Jenny Hoffman joined Henderson Park in 2024 and has over 17 years of experience in the private funds industry, serving as fund legal and regulatory compliance counsel.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Jenny provided legal counsel and managed the U.S. regulatory compliance team at Greystar Investment Group, LLC. Prior to joining Greystar, Jenny was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Gladius Capital Management, LP, and lead the private funds practices at two U.S. law firms where she focused primarily on real estate private equity funds and their sponsors. Jenny started her career as counsel in the Structured Products group at Citadel Investment Group, LLC.

Jenny holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Entrepreneurship from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Rhodes College.
