John Fletcher joined Henderson Park in 2022 and has over 15 years experience in real estate investment and asset management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park he worked at Hudson Advisors (Lone Star Funds) for 12 years where his primary area of focus was the asset management and divestment of their investment portfolio. Before that he spent 3 years at Edwin Hill working within their agency, investment, valuation and professional services teams.

John holds a Masters degree in Property Management and Investment from Nottingham Trent University and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
