Katherine Speltz joined Henderson Park in 2024 and has 6 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Katherine worked in acquisitions at Broadstone Net Lease and was a Vice President at W.P. Carey, where she proactively managed a diverse portfolio of commercial assets consisting of 41 million square feet across North America.

Katherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Management, with a concentration in Finance, from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business. Katherine is also a graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall. She holds citizenship in the U.S. and Luxembourg.
