Kelly Connelly joined Henderson Park in 2021 and has 9 years of experience in debt and real estate finance.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Kelly was a senior analyst at Spectrum Retirement Communities where her primary areas of focus was the acquisition and disposition of senior living assets across the US. Kelly started her career as a mortgage analyst at JP Morgan in New York.

Kelly holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.
