Kiara De Silva joined Henderson Park in 2023 and has 8 years’ experience as a solicitor having qualified with Ashurst in 2018.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Kiara was a senior associate in the corporate transactions practice at Ashurst where she advised on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. She has also spent time on secondment in the legal teams at Credit Suisse and U.K. Government Investments.

Kiara holds a LLB (Hons) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
