Mrinal joined Henderson Park in 2016 and has 20 years of experience investing across real estate asset classes, capital structures and geographies.

Mrinal was formerly with Aermont Capital (previously Perella Weinberg Partners,)  from 2011 to 2015. He was a Principal on the acquisitions and asset management team and was responsible for leading investment projects, including origination, analysis, execution and asset management, with a particular emphasis on the UK. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mrinal was a Senior Associate with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, based in London. Mrinal worked as part of the UK acquisitions team on origination and execution of a variety of real estate sectors, including commercial, residential and leisure.

Mrinal holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor in Commerce from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
