Nick Weber is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Henderson Park, the international real estate private equity firm. He also serves as Chief Investment Officer. Since establishing the business in 2016, Nick has led the firm’s growth into a global investment platform with more than $15 billion of real estate assets under management. As Chairman of both the Executive and Investment Committees, Nick oversees all aspects of the business, including investment strategy, capital allocation, and corporate development.

Prior to founding Henderson Park, Nick was a founding partner of Mount Kellett Capital Management, an $8 billion multi-asset investment platform, where he led European operations from 2008 to 2015. Before joining Mount Kellett, Nick was a Partner at Goldman Sachs where he co-headed the European Special Situations Group and founded Archon Capital, Goldman Sachs’ real estate mezzanine lending business, among other roles across the business.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and is fluent in both English and French.
