Nick has over 25 years of experience building and leading real estate investment platforms. He has invested over $25 billion in direct real estate assets and corporates in Europe, together with over $5 billion invested in real estate mezzanine and portfolio NPLs.

Prior to founding Henderson Park, Nick was a founding partner at Mount Kellett, an $8 billion multi-asset class investment platform, and ran its European operations from 2008 to 2015. Before joining Mount Kellett, Nick co-ran the European Special Situations Groups at Goldman Sachs since 2004, becoming a partner in 2006. In addition, he founded Archon Capital in 1998, Goldman Sachs’ real estate mezzanine lending business.

Nick holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Princeton and is fluent in English and French.
