Paul Culhane joined Henderson Park in 2020 and has over 30 years of experience in real estate development.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Paul was Development Director of Green Property from 2000 to 2020. Prior to joining Green Property, he held the position of Development Director with CBRE Ireland from 1997, where he was responsible for identifying, structuring and disposing of a number of the largest development projects undertaken in Ireland at that time.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Real Estate.
