Paul Heitzmann joined Henderson Park in 2021 and has 8 years of experience in real estate private equity, asset management and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Paul was an Associate at Aerium in Berlin, where he managed Aerium´s German office and retail assets. Paul started his career as an Analyst at Metzler Real Estate in Frankfurt.

Paul holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He is fluent in German and English.
