Richard Brister joined Henderson Park in 2021 and has 3 years of experience in real estate asset management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Richard was an analyst at Telereal Trillium where his primary areas of focus were financial and business modelling, including the underwriting of capex and development spend as well as operational assumptions.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master’s in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Cambridge. He is fluent in English and Thai.
