Pol-Henri Lebrun joined Henderson Park in 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in taxation including the structuring and financing of private equity investments. Pol-Henri is a Principal in the Tax team and also serves as a Conducting Officer of the in-house AIFM in Luxembourg, with local responsibility for overseeing the Portfolio Management function

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Pol-Henri worked as Manager for EY in Luxembourg and New York. Before that, he worked for the Apollo Global Management group in Luxembourg, leading the tax operations of the European Principal Funds.

Pol-Henri holds a degree in Tax from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and is a Certified Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg. Pol-Henri is fluent in French and English.
