Rob Duckett joined Henderson Park in 2024 and has more than 30 years of experience in hospitality management including over 25 years specializing in private club leadership and management.

Rob serves as President of the resort community The Cliffs, and President of Club and Operations at Palmetto Bluff, Naples Grande and PGA National Resort.  Prior to Club and Operations leadership within Henderson Park’s portfolio companies, Rob spent 16 years with Discovery Land Company, holding senior management roles at various luxury communities, such as Mountaintop Golf and Lake Club in Cashiers, North Carolina, Baker’s Bay Golf and Ocean Club in the Bahamas, Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana, and Chileno Bay Golf and Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Rob is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Joseph’s College.
