Rob Duckett joined Henderson Park in 2024 and has more than 30 years of experience in hospitality management including 25+ years specializing in private club leadership and management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Rob served as President of Operations for South Street Partners for 5 years where he managed all projects including The Cliffs, Kiawah Island Club, Palmetto Bluff, and Naples Grande. Rob joined The Cliffs in June 2019 as President, prior to joining The Cliffs, he spent 16 years with Discovery Land Company, holding senior management roles at various luxury communities, such as Mountaintop Golf and Lake Club in Cashiers, North Carolina, Baker’s Bay Golf and Ocean Club in the Bahamas, Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana, and Chileno Bay Golf and Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Rob is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Joseph’s College.
