Sara Glenn will leverage her 30+ years of experience in and knowledge of the hotel industry as an advisor to Henderson Park.

Sara has a unique combination of ownership, asset management and operations experience, focused on the hotel industry.  She is the founder and Managing Director of Whetstone Partners, an asset management and advisory firm that provides owners, of luxury hotels & resorts, with comprehensive, collaborative asset management designed to align key stakeholders and deliver optimized results.  Prior to that Sara was a Chief Operating Officer for Accor, based in the North & Central American Region, directing the operations of a 65-hotel, multi-brand region spanning 6 countries.  At Accor, she played a critical role in powering the continued growth and development of the Group and its hotels across the region by driving operational performance and excellence, cultivating strong relationships with key partners, and building long-term value for owners.  Her ownership and asset management experience comes from her roles, with expanding responsibility, at Horwath Consultants, Westmont Hospitality Group, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, and InnVest Hotels.

Sara holds an Master’s in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
