Scott Sterrett joined Henderson Park in 2019 and has 19 years of experience across fundraising, investment banking advisory, business development and institutional investor relationship management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Scott was a Director in the Private Capital Advisory group at Lazard Freres & Co. where he led the US real estate fundraising distribution team on behalf of global real estate fund clients, joint ventures, separate accounts and direct deals.

Scott began his career as an institutional equity salesperson at FBR Capital Markets and then worked at Raymond James & Associates before joining Makena Capital Management.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science (High Honors) in Business & Economics from Lehigh University.
