Shane Fryer joined Henderson Park in 2025 and has over 17 years of experience in the tax implications of European fund structures.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Shane was a director at BDO where his primary areas of focus were the tax implications of fund structures for the fund, the fund manager and the investors. This also included the associated tax compliance obligations arising from operating such structures. Prior to joining BDO, Shane spent a number of years at EY before an in-house role at a multi-strategy international fund manager.

Shane is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and holds an LLB and LLM in Law.”
