Shiva Tharmalingam joined Henderson Park in 2025 and has over 25 years of experience as a financial modeller / project management consultant in real estate, financial services and renewable energy.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Shiva worked for over 10 years as a consultant for Schroders (Real Estate and Fund Services), Mount Street, Europa Capital, Generations Estate and Qila Energy. Before that he had worked at Valad Property, Morgan Stanley and Coca-Cola.

Shiva holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from City University.
