Stuart Holligan joined Henderson Park in 2019 and has 8 years of experience working in real estate investment, asset management and fund finance.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Stuart worked at PwC within their Financial Services tax team, specialising in the taxation of UK based investment managers operating within the Alternatives sector.

Stuart holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from Durham University, is an ICAEW qualified chartered accountant and has a Master of Philosophy in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
