Teddy Pejeau joined Henderson Park in 2024 and has 7 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Teddy served as the Director of Finance at Atlanticville Capital where his primary areas of focus included financial reporting, management, investor relations, and asset management. Teddy initiated his career in private company audit at PwC before joining Greystar’s investment accounting team, where he worked across multiple funds.

Teddy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and marketing from the University of South Carolina and is an inactive CPA.
