Thomas Traldi joined Henderson Park in 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in real estate portfolio and asset management.

Prior to joining Henderson Park, Thomas was Co-Head of Fund Analytics at M7 Real Estate where he focused on portfolio modelling, performance forecasts and developing analytical tools to support the asset management function. Prior to joining M7, Thomas was a consultant at Altus Group where he implemented portfolio modelling software for various real estate investment managers. Thomas started his career within investment management at Edmond de Rothschild, where he was a financial analyst.

Thomas holds an MBA from London Business School, an MSc in Hydrogeology form the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Geology from Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia. He is fluent in English, Italian and French.
